The first line describing this boot is “Waterproof boots in an insulated design to withstand cold winter temps.”. I fail to see how this can be true when there is a hole on both sides of the boot. That hole would let snow, water and cold come straight into your leg. I can see how the hole would be helpful to pull the boots on. It really is too bad as the boots seem well made with fluffy fur lining and wide enough to not crowd my toes. I will be returning these.

I am a huge Bogs fan; I have been buying them for myself and my kids for 10 years. This year I bought myself a new pair and I cannot be happier.
These boots are cute, comfortable, easy to get on and off; no need to tie and untie. Looking forward to wearing them in the snow.

These boots run big and wide. But they are incredibly comfortable and warm for snow, ice and super cold climates. I watched a Canadian made video demonstrating various boots performance on ice. This pair of Bogs ranked highly in warmth and ice stability which is my priority since I live in northern Illinois and we get lots of snow hiding ice. They performed very well on ice up to a 12degree incline/decline.

Awesome, warm, comfy boots! Good traction,waterproof and easy to get on. I wear an 8.5 and ordered both an 8 and a 9 to try. Surprisingly the 8’s are perfect and almost too roomy; just right with thick socks.

Very cozy inside, the fur goes all the way down. I am between a 7.5 and 8, I returned the 8 and got a 7. Fits perfectly. Once the cushioning and fur are broken in I will be able to get a thick sock on but these feel so warm I’m not sure that’s even necessary. The gray were cuter in person then the black.

I always size up from an 8.5 to a 9 in bogs and did so with these boots. They fit great, are super warm, and are comfortable for long walks. A bit clunky as all Bogs are but I like the style and the warmth!

I wear a size 8.5. Since half sizes weren’t an option, I ordered both an 8 and a 9. The 8 was snug and the 9 was super comfy. These boots are the best. Easy to walk in, super warm, and stylish. I live in WI and we can get -30 with the windchill. I need something warm for Packer games, sledding, and shoveling. These are perfect. Mad I didn’t buy them sooner!

Bought these for my trip to Norway at the end of November. I didn’t bring any other shoes because I was tight on space of what I could bring as I would be on land for a few days and on a sailboat the rest of the trip. So I wore these boots through the entire trip and was very COMFORTABLE in them, except that they DO NOT have any GRIP ON ICE at all! I had to buy a pair of ice cleats in Tromsø for walking around the area with to keep myself from slipping and getting injured. Other than that, my feet were WARM and DRY with my snowboard socks the entire trip. The boots were stable on the boat, easy to slip on and off. Snow getting in the holes of the handles was never an issue, even when I did tromp through knee deep snow, nothing more than when you wear uggs. Good for wider feet too.

I live I’m the Upper Peninsula where winter is long, cold and snowy. These are the most comfortable, warmest boots I’ve ever purchased. They are easy to get on and off, have good traction and I didn’t need yo size up in order to wear my winter socks with the boots.

My feet have never been so warm, I love these boots. Easy to put on and take off. Traction on soles are great for deep Wisconsin snow. I recommend for anyone who suffers from very cold feet.

I recently purchased a pair of the Bogs winter knit boots. I live in a mountain town with a lot of winter weather!
I searched for hours…read reviews of so so so many boots as my old ones were ready to retire. I went to a store to try on a few I had read about…but Bogs wasn’t one I had even really considered! I tried ona few of the “top rated” and they were not comfortable or would not hold up to extreme cold or weren’t water proof…or worse yet…looked liked 80s moon boots! But…the Bogs were cute but I didn’t think they met the othercriteria.
I read the label…waterproof-check! Rated to -58-more than check! Definitely cute!! So…I tried them on!! And..

I waited for only a few short days and they came! I have been wearing them in the snow, definitely waterproof. In the cold..feet are toasty!! At work indoors..feet don’t sweat. Stepped in puppy poo….cleans really easy! Super cute with all outfits! And I can’t wait to put them on because it feels like I am walking on clouds!
I have now convinced some of my friends to buythem as well! To sum up my long story…I wanted to write to say THANK YOU!!! 35 years and I have never had such amazing boots! You have a customer for life!

My Arkata knit boots are on my feet right now. Temperature is 27F. Snow on the ground in Glacier, Montana. Feet are warm and dry even being in the snow almost all day.

This boots, size 9M, arrived timely, were nicely packaged and fit perfectly and as expected. I have worn them a lot and find them incredibly easy to put on and comfortable to wear. Moreover they are attractive. In deep snow, some minimal snow can get in through the handle hole but even with our recent 18 inches of snow, it has not been a noticeable problem. When walking my dog daily, I climb hills and walk through meadows of snow while wearing them. They also are easy to take off and dry quickly.

So far, I have really enjoyed this shoe. It fits as expected, I wear a 7 tennis shoe, and ordered size 7. It fits comfortably and I can even were thick socks if needed. they seem durable and so far have been good to wear in water without trouble. I assume wearing them in snow weather will also prove valuable.

I’m a size 8.5 in most shoes, borderline between a medium and wide width, and I’ve got wide calves. I got these in size 8 and they’re perfect for me. Flexible knit fabric and laces offer welcomed adjustability. Super soft faux fur lining, comfortable yet substantial feel. Style is cute for a functional winter boot.

Let me start by saying that I live in Chicago, there is nothing that irks me more than people who live in mild climates talking about the warmth of winter boots. It gets cold here, like bone-chilling cold, but this winter has been especially brutal and especially snowy and these boots have been an absolute life saver. I can actually go about my day in the winter because of these boots. Walking the dog is no problem, they’re easy on and off with both the laces and the pull on capability. They’re so so warm and very lightweight. I was a bit concerned that they’d be too heavy because they look so substantial, but nope! Light yet cozy. I have muscular calves and was looking for a boot that came up high enough to trudge through snow without constricting my calves and these don’t disappoint. I usually wear a 9 and I ordered a 9 in these. They feel like they’re hugging my foot in a warm embrace, but I can still wiggle my toes. A new winter staple that I can’t live without. Highly recommend.

I got these boots for our cold & snowy Michigan winters based on a friends recommendation. I mostly needed them for playing in the snow with the kids and when the weather is just too snowy and slushy. I wore them while walking/standing in snow for about 30 mins. while the kids were playing outside & my toes just barely started to feel a little bit cold. However, the temp was in the single digits w/ a wind chill, I had on only one pair of regular socks, and I was standing around in ankle/calf deep snow almost the whole time. I’m sure if I was actually walking around or shoveling, or even just had warmer/2 pairs of socks I wouldn’t have felt cold at all. They’re also pretty comfortable for boots and have good traction. For basic use, I think these are perfect. If you’re hunting or hiking in extreme cold & deep snow, they may not be what you need.

Boots are so warm! The handles make it easy to get boots on quickly. Very comfortable! I’m plus size and no issues with fitting around calf! Great buy!

I had to replace winter boots that I wore for ONE winter because they were so hard to take off that the heal separated from the boot (they were not Bogs & more expensive). They advertise that these boots are easy to put on & take off. I put them on, WITHOUT loosening the laces, EASILY! I literally commented to my husband that these boots were luxurious. Did some errands, came home, which means slipper time. Time to test how easily they come off. Untied, didn’t open laces up &….they slipped off like a hot knife through butter!!!! BEST! BOOTS! EVER!!!

I have high arches, and these boots were very uncomfortable for me. Thought I’d leave this review for any other high-arched people out there. 🙂 I also thought the base of the shoe felt very hard, regardless of the arch issue. They were not comfortable at all in my opinion.

I love these. I normally wear an 8.5. I tried on a 9 and they were a little loose in the heel, so I got an 8. They were a little on the snug side with thick socks, but I think with more wear they will fit better. I love that there’s no boot insert.
