- Please be advised that a white wax film may appear on the surface of the rubber boots and the brand states that it can be wiped off with a damp cloth. This “blooming” effect is not a defect. Blooming is caused when the boots are exposed to extreme temperatures or temperature swings and the wax helps prevent the rubber from weathering.

Bought size 2 for 7 year old … easy boot to put on and off. No complaints and good price

The size and fit were fine but these boots have already fallen apart. Cracks appeared on the seam around the toes within 6 months. And now there are cracks in the boot by the side of the foot. I expected Bogs to hold up better than cheaper boots.

Boot material was soft and pliable, but they were small. My son is just getting into size 3 sneakers, but the size 3 boot was almost too small already.
