Great pair of shoes! My first pair of slip on shoes of this style and I have been very impressed. I received these the day before we got 12″ of heavy wet snow. They were, sturdy, provided excellent traction and kept my feet dry and comfortable for hours of shoveling. They are not the most stylist shoe, but they’ve become my favorite weekend shoe for working around the house and yard. I selected “Felt a half size larger than marked”, but that may be because I’m used to laced shoes, they were just slightly loose but I never felt that I was going to walk out of them.

This is a high quality shoe, nice style and with good support. However, it comes in full sizes only. I have worn size 9 1/2 M for all of my adult life. Not 9, not 10. Being limited to a choice of crunched toes or leaving room for them to grow another 1/4 of an inch, I chose the latter. It was the best of two bad situations and the only thing that makes these rain boots work for me is to wear heavy socks. Why do some shoe makers eliminate half sizes and spoil an otherwise good product!

I’m a fan of Bogs, but the Sauvie Slip-ons are a total miss. They’re heavy and cumbersome, continually slide on and off the heal with each step and twist my ankes several times throughout the day because the material is too flimsy to maintain vertical support – the shoes bend to the side with the slightest misstep.

Ordered a size 9 for my husband but he wears a 9-1/2…they fit perfect and he loves them!

I work as a home heating contractor. I am constantly running all over customer’s houses. I need a shoe that does not have too much tread, so it does not pick up mud and dirt and carry it all over the house. Yet it must be water proof and give good traction when working in wet basements or climbing snow covered basement steps. These Bogs are perfect and I wear them all year regardless of the weather. Even though they are rubber they have a great lining that wicks away sweat and are not uncomfortable to wear on hot summer days. While they are low cut they fit my feet close enough that they can be worn in deep snow and minimize the amount of snow that actually infiltrates. Even when a little snows enters they remain warm and comfortable. I am on my second pair.

My other bogs gave out after ~15 years. Love these for gardening. Great all weather shoes for doing stuff outdoors around the house.

These lasted one season..:the upper cracked in 4 places on each shoe…terrible craftsmanship
They also retain moisture and therefore stink to high heaven.

I use these shoes/boots when I take our dog out – especially in inclement weather. They are comfortable, warm, and keep my feet dry.
Mike –
Great slip on shoes for our rainy weather. Great for garden and walking through mud puddles.

Rain boots deteriorate after a few month of normal dog walking, under the rain, the material used for the Bogs rain boot shoes should not pass the first elementary test of their fabrication! They might look good but what is the point if you get wet feet after a few months.
Very disappointing, That was a second pair that I received for free to replace another Bogs rain boot that also cracked (were the shoe fold) prematurely.
$89 pass your way.

I use these to spray Herbicides and such, Great buy
Judy –
great shoes, very comfortable and fit as expected
David –
Fit perfectly. Feel stable and secure on feet. Pleased so far. These are NOT slip-on though, need to sit down to pull on. Full back on these gives a better fit and coverage than clog style yard shoe so that is a minor trade off.

This is my second pair. I live in Maine and these are my everyday winter shoes. Bulletproof and comfortable.

I use the Bogs for gardening in damp grass and clearing leaves and debris from areas in my neighboring woodland. They are comfortable and waterproof. My last pair lasted 12 years and I’m sure these will do as well!

Very nice shoe, sized well. Fit’s snug on my feet. I appreciate that in a product right out of the box. The sole is quite aggressive but it works for me.
Stephanie –
I purchased these for my husband to use in the backyard, and they have become his favorite outdoor shoe. He can slip them on in the dark to let the dog out, take out the trash, garden, trek through mud, all of it. They fit well, and they are a real success for him.

Fantastic shoe very comfortable slip on easy water proof dry works better than any shoe I have ever owned
Charlotte –
Great shoe for wet environments. However, they run large. You can go with a smaller size for a perfect fit.

Until two years ago I only purchased Muck branded slip on. After the third pair wore out in what I considered too quick. I decided to give Bogs a shot. Two years later the first pair are as good as they were when I first got them. They fit tight and have not lost their rigidity like the Mucks. The tread is still in great condition while the Mucks lost tread and separated from the shoe. No more Mucks for me. And I just got my second pair of Bogs so I can have a pair in the garage and an extra pair on my back deck for gardening in muddy conditions.

Lot to like

My second pair of these. I wear them almost every morning to keep my feet dry in the dew doing chores and walking the dogs. Also great in rainy weather and mud season. Comfortable with great traction.
Steven –
These are the best shoes I have tried for gardening! No slip, easy clean-up, and very comfortable. I am really impressed by these shoes, they are a workhorse!
Lee –
Even though I returned this particular show as it did not meet my current requirement for it, dealing with Bogs and owning and wearing their products has always been a very positive experience. Excellent quality and phenomenal customer service.

These are my third pair of Boggs slip-ons. They are my go to shoes here in the Pacific Northwest. I wear them close to 75% of the time. If it’s damp, wet, raining, sleeting, snowing, they are on my feet. Comfortable, warm, and dry. As a retired guy, I use them for yard work, running errands, dog walking, and such.
