First rate customer service! Because my size was not available, I ordered one size bigger hoping they would fit. They didn’t. The return was a snap. Then a pair my size became available. Great pair of shoes, read the customer reviews, and ordered the 1/2 size larger, perfect fit. Very comfortable, wearing them now around the house, it\’s cold outside, and the floors are a bit cold inside. Nice and comfortable.

These are warm and well fitting waterproof shoes. They have versatile styling. My husband wears these to the grocery store or church depending on the weather. They are great for walking on snow and ice. He has a hard to fit long and narrow foot size 14! This was a good value for him.

I got this boot for commuting in wet, snowy, slushy winter weather to reduce wear and tear on my dress shoes. It is everything I could want and more. Warm, dry, presentable, easy to slip on and off, and very reasonably priced. The only even minor negative comment is that the boots are so warm and waterproof that my feet start to sweat after approx. 30-45 minutes, so I would not recommend these for all-day wear.

I picked these up last-minute for a trip to a car racing event where it was pouring down rain with temps in the 30s (as a California native, my show wardrobe is fairly high on the flip-flop meter). After three days in the cold and wet, my feet remained warm and toasty (indeed, REALLY toasty–don’t try these in the summer). My compatriots who had instead opted for non-insulated waders from Walmart did not fare nearly as well. In addition to serving the intended purposes of warmth and water protection, these shoes are also all-day comfortable and stylish enough in a pinch to wear them out to a restaurant (as long as there aren’t white tablecloths). Great price and the usual great service from Zappos serves as icing on the cake.

I ordered these shoes in size 14. The fit was great. The fact that these shoes are waterproof was a huge plus. I work in construction and these shoes go from the job site to the office with ease. Great shoe.

Great shoe. Easy to slip on and off. I wear them more often than I expected to. Fairly comfortable, but not a shoe I would wear all day.

I needed something to slip into during the winter months for dog walking, now and then snow shoveling, etc. I bought them assuming no socks and they have worked quite nicely. My feet stay warm and dry and the tread is grips well. They took a bit to break in due to the strength of the tread. When it gets quite cold, I put on a thin sock and stay comfortable outdoors.

I bought these as a gift for my husband for Xmas, to replace a pair that he had worn out. These are great slip-on shoes for dirty work in the pasture, animal sheds or anywhere that there is a lot of mud or muck to work in. They rinse off and last a pretty long time.

Easy to slip on and off which is important when your shoes are slushy and dirty. Completely waterproof and warm. This is my second pair. My first pair lasted 4 years. When you are wearing a pair of pants, looks like a normal set of shoes.

I purchased these in September, 2011. I work at a horse ranch and farm. Being able to slip these on and off is easy and convenient. No more wet feet for me. Very comfortable, no break-in is really needed. A little warm for late summer and fall, but will be great come our Michigan winter. First Zappos got these to us so quickly. I purchased these for my husband. We farm and need shoes to wear year round that are waterproof & easy to clean. The shoes have to be comfortable too. These fit the bill. My husband loves them. The Merrell’s we bought last year leak and lost stitching around the sole. These Tillamook Bay Bogs have no stitching to lose around the sole, are easy to clean, slip on easy and fit just right around the ankle. We would highly recommend these to anyone who needs a real waterproof shoe that fits great.

If you are searching for a good solid shoe for outdoor use you won’t find anything to match up to Bogs Tillamook Bay. They are superb, very comfortable, easy on and off. Excellent service from Zappos. Highly recommended store and product.

Forefoot is too narrow. The boot is also very straight, even though feet are curved. Poor arch support. Wear these for over an hour and your feet will clear the room when you take them off.
They do have pretty good grip on slippery surfaces.
